Welcome everyone! Today we are at El Dorado Royale and El Dorado Casitas Royale here in Riviera Maya, Mexico, a resort property by Karisma. And today I’m actually joined by César Briceño, the senior business development manager of national accounts for Karisma. And César, you’re going to be telling us a little bit about this resort today.

Absolutely. We have two properties in this complex – El Dorado Royale and El Dorado Casitas Royale. And both properties are Mexico’s premier adults-only resorts gourmet inclusive. El Dorado Royale is more focused on those adults, actually wedding parties, incentive groups…

Family and friends. El Dorado Casitas Royale is more focused on romantic getaways. For more couples who are coming to celebrate anniversary trip or a honeymoon, that will be the main difference. Both actually offer gourmet inclusive concept. Both offer the same dining options, and also amenities for all the clients.

So here at El Dorado Royale, there’s a variety of different suite categories. We’re currently in the luxury suite. César, you want to tell us a little bit about what this particular suite category entails?

Yes, this is actually one of the few categories we have in El Dorado Royale. We include 24-hour room service. We have access to all the restaurants. We have actually a concierge service all around the property in different gazebos. And what I like about this category or all the rooms in the hotel is that we have very easy access to the pool just right in front of us or the beach a few steps away from here.

That’s excellent and if you don’t want to end up leaving your room, you actually have a lot of stuff in the room itself, um, including a full hot tub jacuzzi that you can enjoy with yourself or another. If you want to stay in the room, it’s all here for you.

As you can see the layout here is more is different than El Dorado. Yeah, this is a very different layout and also more romantic vibe. And we also offer exclusive amenities. We offer full butter service, beach butler service, and also different pillow menu, aromatherapy menu, and also other different amenities only for the clients in El Dorado Casitas Royale.

So the spa here at the El Dorado Casitas Royale is called the Náay Spa, correct? And one of the really cool features here is the Temazcal ritual area.

Actually, the Náay Spa’s name is part of the Mayan culture, so most of the signature treatments, they include Mayan ritual. Actually, the purpose of this place, of these treatments is actually to purify the soul. That’s the main purpose of the Temazcal and also the idea of this kind of ritual is to reconnect with the Mexican roots.

In addition to the Temazcal treatment that you can receive at the Náay Spa, you can also book a variety of traditional massage services, both indoors and outdoors. These are both for individuals or couples, like we’re here now at the sky massage, which is right on the beach, so you can have a nice, relaxing massage while you listen to the ocean.

We’re at the Beach Bar, one of 19 bars throughout both resorts. And these are open throughout the day, so you can grab a drink whenever you want. And again, it’s an all-inclusive resorts. These drinks are included in your stay. And this one is actually located right on the beach. There’s nothing better than drinking a piña colada right on the beach.

When you’re considering the location for your destination wedding, there’s three main things to consider: romance, beautiful scenery, and engaging activities for your guests. And these resorts have all three. They have a variety of unique settings to have your destination wedding. You can have a service right on the beach, or you can have your reception a little bit closer to the resort.

There’s a ton of activities and excursions to choose from while you’re staying here at the resort. And it’s very easy to book them. All you have to do is come up to one of these excursion huts located throughout the resorts and book them. Most of them are actually included in your stay.

So part of the Karisma experience is their dedication to conservation and the environment. And part of that dedication is the sea turtle hut you see behind me. Now these sea turtle huts will actually protect the sea turtles as they come here every May to November to make their nests on the beach. Now these sea turtle hats will then allow the staff to release those sea turtles back into the wild.

One of the best things about the gourmet inclusive experience is the food. Now between these two resorts and the neighboring Generations Riviera Maya resort, you have access to over 19 different restaurants. And you got your choice of Asian, Italian, Mexican…tons to choose from. You also have access to 24 hours a day, seven days a week room service. Now we’ve actually made our way to my favorite restaurant, which is Fuentes. And this is actually a culinary theater. It’s one of a kind. It’s the only one in Mexico, and the chef is actually preparing your food in front of you, almost like a TV show. It’s really cool and we’re gonna go check it out.
