Shanel Knight-Tarver is a 16+ year travel industry veteran. Since joining Norwegian, she has worked in various areas of the sales division, where she held various positions. Leaving briefly to become a licensed and trained Travel Agent in the industry, she returned home to her first love, Norwegian. She now serves as a Program Manager, Home Based Accounts.
Shanel works closely with Norwegian’s internal and external business development teams to maximize promotional opportunities and maximize revenue potential. Her strong operational, organizational and relationship skills complement the Home Based team and partners will ensure a consistent brand delivery across a very successful and fast growing Home Based channel. With a dedicated team collaborating with her, Shanel assists with business development, marketing, supplier relations, training and customer support.
